- Deposit cryptoTap Receive, pick the coin on the network the sender will use, and share your address. The sender must send on that same network.
- Send cryptoCheck the network, the address and any memo before you send: a transfer can't be reversed. Then enter the amount, check the fee and confirm.
- Memo and destination tagSome exchanges need a memo or destination tag to credit a deposit. Learn when FxWallet shows a Memo field and what to do if it doesn't.
- Sent on the wrong networkCrypto sent on the wrong network is often still yours. What you can do depends on where it went: your own address, an exchange, or another kind of network.
- Transfer hasn't arrivedA transfer arrives once the network confirms it, and an exchange credits it after that. Check its status with the TXID, then the network and address.
- Pending or stuck transactionsA pending transaction is waiting for the network to confirm it. Most confirm on their own; on some networks you can also speed it up or cancel it.
- Transaction failedA failed transaction moves nothing, but the network keeps the fee. Find out why it failed, fix the cause, then try again.
- Balance not showingA missing balance is usually a sync delay, the wrong network, or a token that's hidden or not added. Check these causes in order to find yours.
- Gas fees and Gas CardGas is the network fee for every transaction. Learn why fees change, and how to pay with a Gas Card or a token instead of the native coin.
- Gas Card FAQWhy a Gas Card won't pay a fee, why you can't take money back out, how sharing a card works, and what to do if a card you paid for doesn't show.
- EIP-7702 upgradeThe EIP-7702 upgrade lets your address pay gas with a token and batch transactions. Your address stays the same, and you can cancel the upgrade.
- Not enough gasNetwork fees are paid in the network's own coin, such as ETH, not in the token you send. Add some of that coin, or pay with a Gas Card or a token.
- Add tokens and networksShow a token on your home screen, or add one FxWallet doesn't list by its contract address. Take token and network details only from official sources.
